I am a Professor of Software Engineering at the University of Victoria, where I lead the Software Engineering Global interAction research Lab (SEGAL). Together with my graduate students and research collaborators we keep busy on research projects that study socio-technical and organizational aspects in software development. We focus on enhancing developers’ collaboration and coordination in geographically distributed software projects.
This is, however, one of my old webpages. I have now incorporated detailed information about my research, teaching, and students and collaborators, on my SEGAL profile.
